The Strength Shed was founded by Mick King with a simple mission: to help people become stronger, fitter, healthier, and more confident.

After leaving his career as an electrician, Mick followed his passion for coaching and fitness to create a facility where people of all ages and abilities could improve their health in a welcoming environment.
